How quickly will my goods be dispatched?
We endeavour to pack accepted orders within a few days of receiving it, however during the peak season this may not always be possible. We will endeavour to let you know via automated email when your goods have been dispatched.
We dispatch orders on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for delivery on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
We do not despatch on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year.
Why don't you deliver on a Monday?
We don't like the idea of your goods waiting for you in a transit depot over the weekend, so we simply do not dispatch on a Friday! However for postcodes which are outside of the next working day service this cannot always be avoided.
Why don't you dispatch on a Friday?
We don't like the idea of your goods waiting for you in a transit depot over the weekend, so we simply keep them with us until Monday! However for postcodes which are outside of the next working day service this cannot always be avoided.
How are delivery charges calculated?
All Shipping charges are based on a combination of the order weight, volume and delivery postcode. Please remember our boxes are generally from 1m to 2.1m long so are not cheap for us to deliver!
You will need to select which area describes your post code as part of the ordering process*, your choices are either UK Mainland or UK Non Mainland
*If you select UK Mainland by mistake, we reserve the right to amend the delivery charges accordingly, for more details please see our Terms and Conditions.
Are the Items I would like in Stock?
If you can add items to the cart/basket then they are in stock*.
*The stock controls system is usually very accurate, however during peak periods (such as school summer holidays) some items may show out of stock through a busy weekend for example.

How much will my delivery cost me?
As the delivery rates are dependent on weight, volume and postcode combinations, the quickest way to find out your individual cost is to:
Add the product(s) to your cart, go to the checkout, select either UK Mainland Post Code or UK Non Mainland Post Code from the drop down menu, then click "Next", and your delivery rate will be shown inc VAT.
If you decide you need more than one item, you can keep adding more items to your basket to see if it affects delivery price in any way.
Please Note: you have not bought anything at this stage.
Please remember our boxes are generally from 1m to 2.1m long so are not cheap for us to deliver!

All orders sent with our freight or courier services require a signature upon delivery.
What delivery service level is used?
Royal Mail orders are generally sent on a 2nd class postal service.

What if I am not in, when they try to deliver?
They will leave a card for you to use to contact them and they will attempt to redeliver on the next available working day.
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
Yes, simply fill in the details of the delivery address in the relevant fields when completing your order.
Will you be able to tell me what time my order will be delivered?
No. As we more often than not use a freight service* as opposed to a 'courier' they will deliver "sometime during the working day" (generally between 8am to 6pm)
* due to the general size/volume & weight of our packages (Oztent boxes are 2.1m) couriers generally won't handle them, so we use specialist freight companies.
Once despatched, how quickly will my order arrive?
Please see the answer to - What shipping service level is used?
Can I get my order on a specific day?
If you have a specific delivery date in mind please let us know when placing the order, we will do our very best to meet your requirements but this is not guaranteed.
I live outside the UK, can I order from OZTENT.co.uk?
No, unfortunately we are an Exclusively UK site at the moment.
Can I give Alternative Delivery Instructions?:
Yes, but please be advised our deliveries require a signature.
Any instructions given contrary to receiving the goods in person to enable a signature to be obtained is at the customers own risk and is down to the individual delivery drivers discretion. We will, if possible, request the driver calls you to take your instruction.
Please note all items left without a signature or signed for by a third party on the customers behalf are left at the customers risk and that by not taking the opportunity to inspect and sign for the goods the customer accepts this will affect their ability to claim for any damaged or missing goods that may occur.
All items instructed to be left outside a property are done so at the customers own risk and all liability for these items rests with the customer.
More details on delivery can be found in our Terms and Conditions, which all orders are subject too.
